  • very good knowledge of German and English, further foreign language skills are welcome

Your tasks:

  • Management of the front office team
  • Coordination of daily arrivals and departures
  • Preparation of duty rosters and vacation requests
  • Processing of inquiries, making reservations and bookings (PROTEL)
  • Portal maintenance with Channel Manager Siteminder
  • Experience in conference sales desired
  • Key account management
